Who can rent a treatment room at Cielo?
Cielo’s treatment room may suit independent professionals who need a private space to see their own clients. This may include physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, estheticians, and other compatible wellness professionals.
How much does it cost to rent a treatment room?
Cielo offers flexible hourly rental options based on the time you need. A 60-minute rental costs $30, a 90-minute rental costs $45, a 120-minute rental costs $50, and a 6-hour rental block costs $140. Choose the duration that best matches your appointment schedule, client needs, and practice.
What is included with the rental?
Your rental includes a furnished treatment table, sheets and other treatment linens, towels and hot towels, applicable lotions, creams and oils, and restroom access. These essentials help create a professional setting for independent practitioners.
Do I bring my own clients?
Yes. Independent professionals renting a room at Cielo are responsible for bringing and serving their own clients. Cielo does not assign clients to room renters.
Can I rent a room for just one appointment?
Yes. You can book an hourly rental for a single appointment or a shorter professional session. The 60-minute option costs $30. Longer options are available if your physical therapy session requires additional time for preparation, treatment, or cleanup.
Can I rent the room for several appointments?
Yes. The 6-hour rental block is designed for professionals who need several hours of access in one day and may have multiple client appointments scheduled. It offers a flexible alternative to maintaining a dedicated, full-time office.
Can I bring my own equipment and supplies?
This depends on your services and the equipment involved. If you need additional equipment for physical therapy or another specialized practice, please share your requirements when submitting your rental request. Cielo will confirm whether the equipment and services are compatible with the available room. Please don't assume specialized physical therapy or rehabilitation equipment is provided.
Does my reserved time include setup and cleanup?
Yes. Your reserved rental period includes the time needed to prepare the room, conduct your client's treatment or service, and leave the space clean and tidy afterward. Plan your appointments accordingly and vacate the room by the end of your reserved rental period.
What happens if I reserve a room but don't use it?
Room rental payments are non-refundable if the reserved room is not used. Please review your schedule carefully before booking and contact Cielo directly if you have questions about your reservation.
