FAQs About Renting a Beauty Space at Cielo Spa & Wellness
How do I book a treatment room?
Choose your preferred rental duration, will assign the available time slots for one of Cielo’s two private rooms, provide your details, and complete the booking process. If you have questions about your service or equipment requirements, contact Cielo at +1 347-665-6263 or office@cielo-spa.com before reserving your space.
Who can rent a treatment room at Cielo?
Cielo’s rental space may suit independent professionals who need a private place to serve their own clients. This may include makeup artists, estheticians, nail professionals, massage therapists, and other compatible beauty or wellness practitioners. Whether you're looking for a beauty studio for rent or an esthetician room for rent, all requests are subject to approval and space compatibility.
How much does it cost to rent a treatment room?
Cielo offers flexible hourly room rental options based on the amount of time you need. A 60-minute rental is $30, a 90-minute rental is $45, a 120-minute rental is $50, and a 6-hour rental block is $140. You can choose the duration that best matches your appointment schedule, client needs, and practice.
What is included with the rental?
Your rental includes a furnished treatment table, sheets and other treatment linens, towels and hot towels, applicable lotions, creams and oils, and restroom access. These essentials help create a professional setting for independent beauty and wellness practitioners.
Do I bring my own clients?
Yes. Independent professionals renting a Cielo treatment room are responsible for bringing and serving their own clients. Cielo does not assign clients to room renters. You can use your reserved time to provide your own professional services in the furnished treatment space.
Can I rent a room for just one appointment?
Yes. You can book an hourly room rental for a single appointment or shorter professional session. The 60-minute option is $30 and can be useful when you only need a private treatment room for one client. Longer options are available when your service requires additional time for treatment, preparation, or cleanup.
Can I rent the room for several appointments?
Yes. The 6-hour rental block is designed for professionals who want several hours of access in one day and may have multiple client appointments scheduled. It provides a flexible alternative to maintaining a dedicated full-time therapy office for rent or long-term treatment space.
Can I bring my own equipment and supplies?
This depends on the type of service and equipment involved. If you require additional equipment for your therapy space for rent, acupuncture room for rent, esthetic services, or another professional practice, please provide those details when submitting your rental request. Cielo will confirm whether the equipment and service are compatible with the space.
Does my reserved time include setup and cleanup?
Yes. Your reserved rental period includes the time needed to prepare the room, conduct your client's treatment or service, and leave the space clean and tidy afterward. Please plan your appointment accordingly and vacate the room by the end of your reserved rental period.
What happens if I reserve a room but don't use it?
Room rental payments are non-refundable if the reserved room is not used. Please review your schedule carefully before booking. If you have questions about your reservation or need to discuss a scheduling issue, contact Cielo directly before your appointment.
