Do I bring my own clients?
Yes. The professional renting the room is responsible for bringing and serving their own clients. Cielo does not assign clients to room renters.
How much does it cost to rent a treatment room?
Cielo offers several flexible options: 60 minutes for $30, 90 minutes for $45, 120 minutes for $50, and a 6-hour block for $140.
What is included with the rental?
Your rental includes sheets and other treatment linens, hot towels, use of lotions, creams and oils for treatments performed during your reservation, and restroom access.
Is a treatment table provided?
Yes. The treatment room is furnished with a treatment table for professional sessions.
Can I rent a room for just one appointment?
Yes. The 60-minute rental provides an option for professionals who only need a room for a single shorter appointment. Longer rental options are also available.
Can I rent the room for several appointments?
Yes. The 6-hour block may be useful for professionals who have multiple clients scheduled during the same day.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
The rental options are designed around flexible time-based bookings rather than requiring a traditional long-term room lease.
Does my rental include time to set up and clean up?
Yes. Your reserved rental period includes room preparation, your client's treatment, and the time needed to leave the room tidy. Please make sure you vacate the room by the end of your reserved time.
What happens if I reserve a room but don't use it?
Room rental payments are non-refundable if the reserved room is not used.
Does Cielo provide clients for independent professionals?
No. Professionals renting the room are responsible for bringing and serving their own clients.
Can I bring my own equipment or supplies?
This depends on the type of service and the equipment involved. Please tell us about your requirements when submitting your rental request so the Cielo team can confirm compatibility.
