Shipping Options & Rates

Philadelphia Area:

We offer Next Day Delivery for the Philadelphia area at a flat rate of $10. Orders placed by [cut-off time] will be delivered the next business day.

Other Areas:

For shipping outside Philadelphia, we use UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery address.

In-Store Pickup (Philadelphia Location)

If you’re local to Philadelphia, you can choose in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup at:

Returns & Replacements

General Returns:

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Lotions and oils cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of:

• Damaged Packaging: If the packaging is broken when you receive your order, we will offer a replacement (not a refund).

How to Return:

• Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is damaged or defective.

Replacement Processing:

If your item is eligible for a replacement, we will ship a new one to you within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will be processed and shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged (other than packaging), contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement.

Undeliverable Packages

If UPS cannot deliver your package (e.g., incorrect address or refusal), we may charge you for return shipping costs.
