Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our massage therapy services. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of care and satisfaction. Please read our refund policy below.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a $50 charge.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
Refunds for Services
Unused Services:
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are not satisfied with your massage session, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns or schedule a follow-up session.
Prepaid Packages:
If you have purchased a prepaid package (e.g., a series of massages), and you wish to cancel or request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds for unused sessions will be issued based on the following:
- Full refund for unused sessions (minus a 10% processing fee).
- No refunds for sessions already used.
Gift Cards
Gift Card Refunds:
Gift cards are non-refundable. However, they can be used toward any service or product offered by our business. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to report it.
Exceptions
Special Circumstances:
In the case of an emergency, illness, or extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us. We may be able to offer an exception based on the situation.
